In March 2018, FSN travelled to Cambridge to lead a short intensive workshop at MIT's Sloan School of Management. Taught in partnership with MIT School of Engineering professor and leadership specialist David Nino, the goal of the workshops was to use creative musicmaking as a case study in teambuilding and problem solving. Focusing on the key skills of Spontaneity, Deep Listening and Quick Iterating, students were challenged with the task of creating the 'perfect pop song' within three short sessions.
