Nandi Plunkett is a vocalist and songwriter from Williamstown, MA. Since joining the Found Sound Nation team in 2012, she has helped create a composition workshop for youth in the Berkshires and spearheaded a new eclectic concert series in New York featuring artists from diverse musical and cultural backgrounds. She has also acted as a facilitator for FSN's OneBeat and Dosti projects. Nandi spends much of the year touring with the band Pinegrove as well as writing music, singing, and playing keyboards for her experimental pop project Half Waif. Half Waif has released a 7" with Deerhoof, an EP, and two LPs and recently signed to the alternative electronic pop label Cascine.
