Aleck Musuki is a Harare-based bass player, vocalist and composer. Growing up in a musical family, Aleck learned guitar at a young age and quickly decided to change to bass. Although he specializes in Sungura music, he is also a versatile player, and performs across a numerous different musical worlds in Zimbabwe. He has played with many notable groups in Harare including Chapungu Stars, The Charambas & Fishers of Men and Mathias Mhere. In 2017, Aleck released his debut album, Turn and Shoot , along with his Chazunguza Band, and is currently recording his follow up for release later this year.
