Diana González (aka Diana Burco) is a talented Colombian singer-songwriter and accordionist with a decade-long career in the country’s folk music scene. Currently attending Pontificia Universidad Javerian, Diana has studied with some of the best known musicians from Colombia’s Caribbean Coast, including Rita Fernandez Padilla, Israel Romero, and Carmelo Torres. In 2018, Diana’s sophomore album was nominated for a Latin Grammy, further establishing her as one Colombia’s leading cumbia and vallenato musicians on the rise.
