Fellow
OneBeat 2013
Greg Chudzik grew up hating piano lessons, until he learned that he could make up the music as he went. Studying bass at the Eastman School of Music, he learned an awful lot about the tonal chromatic western music language, and then forgot it all when he promptly moved to New York City in 2006. A prolific performer and recording artist, Greg has played alongside esteemed musicians in the jazz, classical, experimental, and indie rock worlds and contributed to releases on 4AD, New Amsterdam, Tzadik and Jagjaguwar.
