Kamerum.Cuba's music, released by La Habana label Guampara Music, seamlessly blend Cuban traditional and folk music sounds with contemporary hip hop, in his self-described ‘Afro-Cuban trap’ style. His work has earned him several awards in the burgeoning Cuban electronic scene including the Premio Lucas award for Best Electronic Video and Premio Cubadisco for his production work with hip hop artist Golpe Seko. Outside of his performing and studio work, Kamerum.Cuba has used hip hop to teach socially-focused youth workshops throughout Cuba and Venezuela.
