Nashville-born Rachel Kate Gillon is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, and darling of Charleston’s eclectic indie circuit. The former front-woman of explosive rock’n’roll outfit The Shaniqua Brown, Rachel has embarked on acoustic projects that reveal the sweeter side of her still-powerful voice. She currently performs solo and with the Americana quartet The Local Honeys. Rachel received her B.A. in studio art from the College of Charleston.
